Describe, in not more than 1,500 words (submitted as an attached document and uploaded using this "File Upload" button), the managerial innovation, its nature and effects, and the date of introduction. In relation to the 2010 theme "Collaboration at Work" your submission should include the following:
- impetus for the change
- purpose and objectives of the change
- the innovation itself
- how it was done
- results achieved to-date
- outlook for the future
- potential implications for other public sector organizations
