The Board of Directors of IPAC Toronto Region is pleased to announce that the Keynote address at the AGM will be delivered by Deryn Rizzi, the 2022 recipient of the Lieutenant Governor’s Medal of Distinction in Public Administration. 
Ms. Rizzi is the Fire Chief and Director of Emergency Management for the City of Mississauga, a PhD candidate at York University and was named on Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 list by WXN in 2022.
