POSITION SUMMARY - About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this position leads a dedicated team of professional and administrative staff in the provision of innovative human resources services, and inspires and fosters a collaborative, people-first culture. In addition, the Director provides leadership oversight for the timely, accurate and effective delivery of Assembly payroll and benefit services.

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration or a related field.
- A minimum of seven (7) years’ related experience.
Preference may be given to candidates with the following:
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
- Completion of Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) courses.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
