Executive Administrative Assistant
$54,109.21- $61,262.89 annually
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides secretarial and administrative services to an Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) or officially recognized equivalent. The Executive Administrative Assistant is accountable for providing executive level administrative support and divisional coordination to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the ADM Office. The position ensures the timely and efficient flow of information, manages the ADM’s schedule and calendar, coordinates meetings and events, proactively identifies and resolves issues, and develops and maintains administrative systems. The Executive Administrative Assistant is accountable for providing a wide range of executive support services and works closely with the ADM and senior management team.

Qualifications for this role include:
• Grade 12 plus a certificate in office administration or equivalent.
• 1 or more years of administrative experience.
• Office experience working in a confidential capacity.
• Experience managing multiple priorities.
• Experience providing administrative support services including calendar management; completing complex travel arrangements; coordinating, tracking, monitoring and responding to issues, initiatives and projects.
