On February 11-12th, 2019, public servants from different levels of government, experts of technology and digital transformation, international students and academics had the opportunity to connect with each other at IPAC's Annual National Leadership Conference in Toronto. The theme of our 2-day program was Disruption, Change and Shifting Mindsets. Our program included a variety of educational opportunities such as panels and workshops, as well as networking events for participants.
Some of the key objectives of the program were the following:
- Give you key information, tools and examples of how you can successfully manage change, tackle disruption and shift the mindset of an organization.
- Engage you with cutting edge leadership development workshops that will enhance your ability to lead in a fluid, shifting environment.
- Provide you with access to renowned experts who led public sector organizations through complex, disruptive times and successfully implemented changes that reshaped and improved their organizations and teams.
