E-Mail Privacy
Your e-mail address will only be used within IPAC and its regional groups. We do not sell or rent e-mail addresses to anyone outside IPAC. If you do not wish to receive e-mail correspondence, please call the national office at 416-924-8787 or e-mail your request to [email protected].

We may track IP addresses of visitors to our Web sites to help diagnose problems with our web site and/or server and for our own security and protection purposes. IPAC.CA Site/Membership Registration Forms
 Our site's secured registration forms require users to give us contact information (like name, mailing address and email address), method of payment, and demographic information. We use customer contact information from the registration forms to send the user information about the Institute. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Information regarding method of payment is collected for member enrolment, registration and to process orders for products and services. External Links IPAC.CA contains links to other external web sites that do not fall under the IPAC.CA domain. E-Commerce for Conference Registration/Publications Sales/Institute, News & Commentary Subscriptions
Our site uses a secure order form for members and others to register for conferences, request information, purchase products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like name, mailing address and email address) and method of payment. Contact information from the order form is used to process orders and to send information about our association. User payment information that is collected is used to check the users' qualifications and bill the user for products and services. This information is transmitted via a secure channel. Surveys Our online secure surveys ask respondents for contact information (like email address) and demographic information (like postal code, age range). We also may use contact data from our surveys to send information about our association. Public Forums This site will eventually make chat rooms, forums, e-mail lists and message boards available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
