Sa compétence avérée dans le développement de stratégies de déploiement d'infrastructure, ainsi que sa capacité à concevoir des plans stratégiques, font d'elle un atout essentiel pour ce projet.
Avant de se joindre à KPMG, Annouk occupait le poste de vice-présidente dans l’un des plus grands cabinets accélérateur-conseil au Canada. Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, elle a pu contribuer à la croissance de nombreuses PME du Québec, en collaboration avec l’ensemble de l’écosystème de développement économique de la province.
Auparavant, Annouk a assisté des hauts dirigeants, chefs de direction et conseil d’administration au sein de cabinets-conseils de renommée mondiale. Elle a accompagné des clients dans leur croissance pérenne et rentable, autant en Amérique du Nord, en Europe qu’en Afrique.
L’analyse stratégique comprenait plusieurs éléments, notamment de la modélisation financière, une révision du modèle d’affaires actuel, une analyse d’impact des principales parties prenantes, une révision légale des contrats, une analyse comparative d’autres pays, une évaluation sur le plan technologique, etc. Finalement, Annouk a accompagné le client dans sa démarche d’appel de proposition sur le marché. Elle a également réalisé plusieurs présentations au leadership de l’organisation, ainsi qu’à leur conseil d’administration.
Annouk a supervisé la collecte et l’analyse des données, tout en coordonnant les communications entre les équipes de KPMG et les directions des deux sociétés d’État. Elle a également animé des ateliers de travail stratégiques et présenté les résultats des études aux présidences respectives. Son expertise a été essentielle pour garantir la qualité et la pertinence des livrables, contribuant ainsi à l’amélioration continue des performances de ces sociétés d’État.
Annouk a pu supporter le client dans la définition de la stratégie de cette nouvelle société, l’identification des composantes clés de son modèle d’affaires, incluant des analyses et modélisations financières complètes. Plusieurs éléments de la mise en œuvre ont aussi été définis (ex. stratégie de gestion des risques, planification des investissements requis, structure organisationnelle à haut niveau, etc.).
